Winter is a time which is cold, dreary and seems to stretch on and on. When you are tired of the cold, bleak days and can’t wait for summer to arrive, why not get in some warmth and a festive feeling in those winter days with a great haircut?

Here are some haircut ideas for winter:

Sleek Long Haircuts

A popular trend these days, when it comes to haircut, is going the sleek, straight way. With long hair this is particularly a favourite choice of many. Paired with layered hair, the sleek long hair looks elegant and stylish and can be worn everyday with a little hair care.

Take for instance the style shown below. Here the hair is cut in layers and the edges are thinned and tapered using razor edge scissors. The top of the hair is given a blunt fringe which falls to the eyebrows. The entire hair is either straight or straightened.
